With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Level 4 Advanced Life Coaching Diploma, I combine academic knowledge with real-life experience to support personal growth in a grounded, practical way.
I grew up in London, but my journey has taken me around the world. I’ve lived in different countries and now call Ho Chi Minh City home. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse cultures and all walks of life, first as a teacher, and now as a coach. This experience has deepened my belief in the power of human potential and the beauty of our shared humanity.
